Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh said; “Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again.”
It's easy to get scattered as we meander about our lives. But just know that to connect back with the Self and to be present in the here and now, the breath is all that's needed.
